1. Nature of the Work
Marie Blythe is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, or mental health professional. All services and content provided by Marie Blythe and White Owl Land Healing and Ancestral Alchemy are spiritual and energetic in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor are they a substitute for professional healthcare. The Client agrees to consult a physician or mental health provider regarding any medical conditions or health concerns. The Client remains solely responsible for their own well-being, health decisions, and actions.
2. Responsibility and Results
The Client acknowledges sole responsibility for their own healing journey. Results vary based on individual energy, readiness, and integration; therefore, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
3. Confidentiality and Client Autonomy
All personal information shared by the Client during sessions will be held in strict confidence. The Client retains full control over their experience and is never required to disclose details, memories, or topics outside their comfort level. The Client is solely responsible for what they choose to share during sessions and out-of-session communications and agrees to honor their own emotional boundaries throughout the program.
4. Rescheduling and Expiration
The Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ advance notice to reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited, except in cases of verified emergency.
5. Energy Sensitivity and Client Readiness
Energy work may induce emotional, physical, or energetic shifts during or after a session. The Client agrees to honor their body and soul’s needs for rest, integration, and self-care. Because ancestral healing work can surface deep-seated emotions, family patterns, and energetic shifts, the Client confirms they are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate. The Client assumes full responsibility for securing outside professional therapeutic support should deep trauma or psychiatric distress arise during the intensive.
6. Consent to Receive
By purchasing a service on this platform, the Client explicitly consents to receive intuitive energy healing, guidance, and energetic support as part of this program. The Client agrees to participate with openness, curiosity, and self-responsibility.
7. Out-of-Session Support
Out-of-session communication (email and messaging) is intended strictly for scheduling and brief integration check-ins. Support is monitored during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST), with responses provided within 24–48 hours. This program does not offer emergency crisis intervention. In the event of a mental health emergency, the Client agrees to contact local crisis resources or medical professionals immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, recordings, written guidance, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Marie Blythe and White Owl Land Healing and Ancestral Alchemy and are intended solely for the Client’s personal use. Reproduction, sharing, or redistribution of these materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Payment Terms and Non-Refundability Policy
Refund Policy: Payments made for the program are non-refundable after the commencement of the first session.
Payment Plans: If electing a payment plan, the Client agrees to complete all scheduled payment installments regardless of session attendance or program completion.
Default: In the event of a defaulted payment, upcoming sessions will be paused until the account balance is brought current.
10. Termination of Service
Marie Blythe and White Owl Land Healing and Ancestral Alchemy reserve the right to terminate the Client agreement at any time if it is determined that the Client requires care outside the scope of practice (such as clinical psychiatric care) or if appropriate professional boundaries are violated. In such an event, any unused portion of fees for unrendered sessions will be refunded to the Client on a pro-rata basis.
11. Hold Harmless Agreement
The Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Marie Blythe and White Owl Land Healing and Ancestral Alchemy, their business, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or connected to participation in this program and associated sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, physical sensations, or interpretations of guidance received. The Client engages in this program of their own free will. Under no circumstances shall the maximum liability of Marie Blythe or White Owl Land Healing and Ancestral Alchemy exceed the total dollar amount paid by the Client for the program.
