Terms and Conditions of Offering

By submitting a land healing request or offering a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following principles of this service:

1. Nature of the Offering

You understand that this work is a spiritual and energetic service conducted via distance energy work on the inner planes. It is not a substitute for legal, environmental, or professional land management advice. I am a facilitator of energetic alignment, and the results of this work are spiritual in nature.

2. The Principle of Donation vs. Transaction

All financial contributions are considered voluntary donations made in the spirit of reciprocity. You acknowledge that your contribution is a gift to support the overall mission of land healing and is not an exchange or purchase of a specific 1-1 service. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a “work-for-hire” agreement or a guaranteed contract for results.

3. No Guarantee of Service or Timing

Submission of a request does not guarantee that healing work will be performed on the requested land. As this work is guided by Spirit, divine timing, and explicit permission from the land, I reserve the right to discern which requests are honored and in what order. There is no promised timeline for if, how, or when a request will be addressed. This work is an act of restoration, not manipulation. My intent is always to return the land to its own sovereign, organic blueprint, rather than imposing a specific human outcome or desire upon it.

4. Personal Sovereignty and Stewardship

By requesting healing for a specific land space, you represent that you have a living relationship with that land and a sincere intent for its highest good. You understand that your role as a requester is one of stewardship and that the energetic shifts facilitated are a collaborative process between you, the land, and Spirit.

5. Limitation of Liability

The facilitator is not responsible for any perceived physical, emotional, or environmental changes—or lack thereof—following the energetic work. You agree to hold the facilitator harmless from any claims or damages arising from the participation in this reciprocity-based offering.

6. Use of Contributions

You acknowledge that all donations fund the collective healing of land spaces. This includes requests submitted via this website as well as land I am personally called to support. These funds allow for the continued restoration of the Earth’s grid in hidden or underserved areas that lack a human advocate.

7. Communication

You acknowledge that this work is a sacred, quiet process. While I may occasionally share insights or updates if guided by Spirit, there is no requirement or guarantee of a formal report, session notes, or direct communication following a request.

8. Privacy of Private Land

For requests involving private land, I act only upon the energetic permission granted by the Soul of the land itself. My work is non-invasive and respects the spiritual sovereignty of the land’s current human stewards.

9. Right to Decline

I reserve the right to decline any request or return any donation that does not feel in alignment with the frequency of this work or the highest good of the land.
